I learned how to crochet in October 2012. I simply had a desire to learn something new and wanted to give crochet a try after a coworker told me about a blanket she was making her mom. I went to Michael's to buy a beginner's kit and watched YouTube videos all weekend until I figured it out. Once I got more comfortable with the different stitches, I started making stuffed animals. They are so much fun to make! Later I began selling on Etsy and at craft fairs. I'm so thankful I stumbled upon the art of crochet -- it has been such a blessing in my life. I love starting every project with a blank skein of yarn and turning it into an adorable plushie for little one's to enjoy.

I am originally from the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina, and now reside in North Carolina.
